Job summary

Windsor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks an experienced ADON to lead the Nursing Department, ensuring high-quality resident care and strong customer service. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to plan, implement, and monitor nursing services around the clock.

Applicants should have an Associate's Degree in Nursing, current RN license, CPR, and at least 2 years RN experience; 5 years preferred. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and bonuses.

Qualifications

Associates Degree in Science, Nursing, or related field.
Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Current State License as Registered Nurse.
CPR Certified.
2 years RN experience.

Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Nursing (D.O.N) in the planning, development, and operation of the Nursing Department, ensuring residents receive quality care 24 hours a day.
Ensure the Nursing Department is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Develop, implement, and update department policy and procedures as needed or directed.
Assist with staffing to ensure resident needs and regulatory requirements are met at all times.
Participate in federal, state, and local agency annual surveys.
Review deficiencies noted by government agencies during inspections and assist with implementing changes needed to correct deficiencies found.
