Job summary

Healthcare Management is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for our skilled nursing facility, focusing on individualized care for short-term rehab and long-term residents. The ADON will support the DON in managing daily clinical operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license in Illinois, have 3–5+ years of clinical nursing experience with 2+ years in supervision, and familiarity with PCC. CPR certification is preferred.

• Active, unencumbered State of Illinois RN license.
• 3–5+ years clinical nursing experience with 2+ years in supervision.
