American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead the nursing team, oversee patient care, and develop compliant policies. The role requires an active RN license and ADON/DON experience, with a focus on rehabilitation and behavior management.

Collaboration with health professionals and adherence to HIPAA are essential. The ADON will mentor staff, ensure resident rights, and contribute to a positive, compliant care environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice with previous DON or ADON experience.
• Rehabilitation focus, wound care experience, Medicare A & B knowledge.
• Willing to work with behavior management residents.
• Willing to work 2 weeks a month; CNA/CMT instructor certification and strong regulatory compliance record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee aspects of the nursing department, including staff management and patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to create individualized care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff.
• Ensure adherence to resident rights and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote a positive work environment.
