Sunnyvale Post-Acute Center - Assistant Director of Nursing (RN)

Sunnyvale Post-Acute Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) interested in a leadership role.

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) should be a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced RN who has developed managerial and administrative skills. The ideal candidate is efficient, a good listener, and a problem-solver. Our goal is to foster an excellent environment that supports both staff and patients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Direct, oversee, and evaluate all nursing personnel (registered nurses, LPNs, etc.)
  2. Guide staffing procedures
  3. Organize and coordinate admission, nursing, and patient care procedures
  4. Manage record-keeping procedures
  5. Collaborate with other departments and professionals to streamline operations
  6. Report to upper management
