Join Boston Scientific Neuromodulation to improve patients' lives through innovative technology and service. We lead in Pain Management Solutions, including Spinal Cord Stimulation, Radiofrequency Ablation, and Interspinous Decompression Spacers. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Partner with TM, provide insights into territory strategy, and act as backup for TM; utilize business tools to identify growth opportunities; understand patient flow and its business impact; influence at corporate/region level.
2. Expertise in reimbursement and authorization; assist with pricing and contracts; ensure compliance with administrative tasks such as cases, audits, expenses, and training.
3. Mentor and train regionally and nationally; network with providers, clinicians, facilities, and payers; develop and maintain strategic relationships; lead regional/national training and company initiatives.
4. Be a national leader in programming techniques; support complex cases; share best practices; serve as an expert on BSN products/tools; train physicians; manage office relations for SCS; demonstrate advanced clinical and sales knowledge; work on specialized projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 6 years in pain management or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in medical device sales or clinical education
• Bachelor’s in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology, or related science
• Experience as Physical Therapy Assistant, RN, Chiropractor Assistant, Radiologic Tech, Surgical Tech, or similar

The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $125,000, plus variable incentives and benefits. Actual compensation depends on experience, education, and organizational needs.
