Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with TM to develop territory business strategies, acting as a backup for TM, and making decisions aligned with TM strategy. Utilizing business tools to identify growth opportunities and key accounts, understanding patient flow, and influencing at corporate/area/region levels.
• Having expert knowledge of reimbursement and authorization processes, assisting TM with pricing and contracts, and ensuring compliance with administrative tasks such as cases, audits, expenses, and training.
• Mentoring and training at regional and national levels, networking with providers, clinicians, facilities, and payers. Developing and maintaining strategic relationships, leading company initiatives, and facilitating regional/national training and meetings.
• Being a national leader in programming techniques, capable of handling complex cases, sharing best practices, and serving as an expert on all Boston Scientific products and tools. Training physicians and managing office relations regarding SCS, with advanced clinical and sales knowledge, and working on specialized projects.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 6 years in pain management or related field

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in medical device sales or clinical education
• Bachelor's in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology, or related sciences
• Experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant, RN, Chiropractor Assistant, Radiologic Tech, or similar

The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $125,000, plus variable incentives and benefits, with actual compensation based on experience and qualifications.
