Field Clinical Representative II for Spinal Cord Stimulator

Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary resource for sales and clinical support in troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for spinal cord stimulation products in a clinical setting.
• Educating customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations across various formats.
• Participating in case reviews and clinical observations by collaborating with physicians, hospital, and surgery center staff.
• Attending surgeries in hospital and surgery center settings, performing patient follow-up to ensure success with the implanted products.

• Meeting with clients (e.g., physicians, hospital staff) by traveling to identify their clinical needs and demonstrate how our products can support their goals.
• Using company resources to identify potential patients and referral sources, and participating in community awareness events to increase patient volume.
• Developing relationships within hospitals and surgery centers to facilitate future sales and identify key decision-makers.
• Responding to customer and patient needs by developing solutions or collaborating with related personnel.
• This is a field-based sales position within the assigned territory, collaborating daily with local team members.

• Performing duties in a quality system environment, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience in sales and/or clinical roles.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in medical device sales or clinical education.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology, or related sciences.
• Experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant, RN, Chiropractor Assistant, Radiologic Tech, or similar.

The anticipated annual base salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000, plus variable incentives and benefits, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
