Field Clinical Representative II for Spinal Cord Stimulator

About the role:

Join Boston Scientific Neuromodulation to improve patients' lives through innovative technology and service. We lead in Pain Management Solutions, including Spinal Cord Stimulation, Radiofrequency Ablation, and Interspinous Decompression Spacers. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing sales and clinical support for spinal cord stimulation products, including troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up in clinical settings.
  • Educating customers on product usage through presentations and demonstrations across various formats and platforms.
  • Participating in case reviews and clinical observations with healthcare professionals.
  • Attending surgeries and performing patient follow-up to ensure success with implanted devices.
  • Meeting with healthcare providers to identify clinical needs and demonstrate how our products can help achieve their goals, involving travel as needed.
  • Using company resources to identify potential patients and referral sources, and participating in community awareness events to increase patient volume.
  • Building relationships within hospitals and surgical centers to identify decision-makers and facilitate sales.
  • Responding to customer and patient needs by developing solutions collaboratively with relevant teams.
  • This is a field-based sales position requiring daily collaboration with local team members.
  • Performing duties within a quality system environment, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years’ experience in sales or a clinical role.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in medical device sales or clinical education.
  • Bachelor’s in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology, or related sciences.
  • Experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant, RN, Chiropractor Assistant, Radiologic Tech, or similar role.

Salary range: $75,000 to $95,000 annually, plus variable incentives and benefits. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications.
