Job summary

Elevate Academy, part of The Heritage Community in Provo, UT, seeks a dedicated youth coach to mentor adolescents through therapeutic progression and daily activities.

We support self-regulation, engage students in varied activities, and require compassion, engagement, and teamwork. This role includes transporting students and implementing treatment plans within a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching adolescents in therapeutic settings.
• Ability to engage and support trauma-informed care.
• Must be at least 20 years old and able to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop close, personal relationships to coach students in treatment progression.
• Implement clinical treatment plans and ensure a safe, caregiving environment.
• Participate in activities with students to develop social and life skills (sports, outdoor activities).
• Transport students to appointments and activities using company vehicles.
