Qualifications

• Prior experience working with adolescents in a mental health or residential treatment setting (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Able to pass all required background checks and drug screenings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of adolescent development and common mental health disorders.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with adolescent residents and provide emotional support as needed.
• Assist with daily routines, ensuring that residents are following their treatment plans.
• Facilitate activities that align with residents' treatment plans.
• Model appropriate behavior and life skills.
• Maintain accurate records of residents' progress.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective care.
• Attend and participate in trainings and meetings.
• Engage with students in the Academic Process.
