Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy for adolescents in an outpatient IOP/PHP setting in Ashburn, Virginia. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Virginia clinical licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or equivalent) required for independent practice.
• Experience with adolescents, IOP, PHP, or higher-acuity behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents in IOP/PHP.
• Maintain a focused caseload and collaborate with families on treatment goals and discharge planning.
• Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely.
• Deliver trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and ensure quality care.
