Job summary

Guidelight Health Inc. is seeking a Clinical Therapist (Pre-Licensed or Full Licensed) for our Andover MA clinic. This full-time, on-site role (40 hours/week) runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, focusing on PHP/IOP for adolescents with some coverage for adults.

Ideal candidates hold a MA licensure (LMHC/LMHC Eligible, LCSW or LICSW) and have 1 year of experience post-graduation or independent licensure. Fully licensed therapists are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field.
• Valid MA licensure (LMHC/LMHC Eligible, LCSW or LICSW).
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight's supervision program.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for coordinated care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments and participate in multidisciplinary case reviews.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and behavioral issues.
