Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in Vienna, VA is seeking a fully licensed therapist for PRN coverage in our adolescent Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy to teens and support treatment planning and discharge coordination.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and active Virginia licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT). Prior experience with adolescents and outpatient settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field is required.
• Active Virginia clinical licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or equivalent) is required; experience with adolescents, IOP/PHP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents in IOP/PHP.
• Maintain a focused caseload and collaborate with families to support goals, progress, and discharge planning.
• Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and on time.
• Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality treatment.

Hourly Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 an hour, depending on experience

Schedule:PRN coverage as needed, typically Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM

Join an adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) serving teens and their families in Vienna, Virginia. We're seeking a fully licensed therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy while supporting treatment planning and discharge coordination. This PRN role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with adolescents in a structured outpatient setting and want flexible supplemental hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents enrolled in an IOP/PHP program.
• Maintain a focused caseload and collaborate with families to support treatment goals, progress, and discharge planning.
• Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and on time.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate treatment and ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Required: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Required: Active Virginia clinical licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or equivalent independent clinical license recognized by the Virginia Board); experience with adolescents, IOP, PHP, or higher-acuity behavioral health settings preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year of clinical experience in a residential, IOP, or PHP setting.
• Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
• Passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families.
• Willingness to obtain aCAQH profileandNPIduring onboarding.
