Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in Vienna, VA seeks a licensed adolescent therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy within IOP/PHP programs. The role is PRN with shifts 8:30 AM-4:30 PM or 11:00 AM-7:00 PM and 10–30 hours per week, requiring at least two days per week.

Responsibilities include treatment planning, discharge coordination, and thorough clinical documentation, with collaboration across an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Virginia clinical licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or equivalent independent license).
• Experience with adolescents, IOP, PHP, or higher-acuity behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents in IOP/PHP.
• Maintain a focused caseload and collaborate with families to support treatment goals, progress, and discharge planning.
• Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and on time.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
• Work with interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and ensure quality care.
