Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in social work or related counseling field.
• State licensure in Social Work or Counseling (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is required.
• CPR/BLS certification may be required based on site staffing needs.
• Two to three years of clinical experience with adolescent population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide group, individual, and family therapy to adolescents in an IOP/PHP setting.
• Document all services in accordance with regulations and standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
• Ensure discharge planning and treatment notes are completed timely.
