Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field is required.
• License in Social Work or Counseling (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is required.
• CPR/BLS certification may be required depending on site staffing.
• Two to three years of clinical experience with adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide group, individual, and family therapy for adolescents in an intensive outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a small interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care.
• Document all services in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans with families and schools.
