Job summary

The Emily Program is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to supervise adolescent residents in a residential setting in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The role supports admissions, meal routines, and structured activities, helping clients apply skills for recovery from eating disorders.

Shifts include day and evening hours with every other weekend required. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.50 per hour, with final compensation determined by experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with one year of mental health experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mental health field with 0–1 year of experience
• Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive
• Previous direct mental health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in admissions, support care plans and treatment with the multi-disciplinary team
• Assist residents during meals, structured outings and recreation
• Record observations and document in charts
• Monitor bathroom use and track exercise per treatment direction
• Enforce policies and complete hourly room-checks
