Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with one year of mental health experience or
• Bachelor's degree in mental health field with 0–1 year of experience
• Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive

Responsibilities

• Work with multi-disciplinary team on care plans and admissions
• Support residents during meals, programming, and structured activities
• Document observations and chart progress and outcomes
• Enforce house rules and assist with hourly room checks
