Job summary

The Emily Program is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support adult clients in our residential program. You’ll monitor daily activities, lead structured activities, and help residents develop the skills needed to manage eating disorders in a supportive, therapeutic environment.

This full‑time evening/overnight role (32 hours weekly) requires a high school diploma or GED with mental health experience, or a bachelor’s in a related field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with one year of Mental health experience or
• Bachelor's degree in Mental health field with 0-1 year of experience
• Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive

Responsibilities

• Partners with the multi-disciplinary team on care plan and treatment, assisting in admissions, supporting or assisting clients in programming
• Participates in therapeutic meals and snacks and provides support during structured outings and recreation
• Available to engage, challenge, and support residents as needed. Reports observations and documents in charts
• Monitors and supports bathroom use per client treatment direction. Monitors and documents exercise.
• Responsible for enforcing appropriate policies with residents and completing all expected tasks including hourly room-checks
