Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare, part of AMFM Healthcare, is seeking compassionate Community Coordinators to support adolescents (12–17) at premier residential facilities in San Diego County. The role focuses on safe transportation, crisis intervention, and collaboration with clinical staff to promote wellness and recovery.

Educational requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor’s preferred. Immediate openings across all shifts with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred.
• Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State background checks.
• Valid Driver’s License: Must have valid license with driving history criteria.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and transports clients safely to daily activities and ensures on-time arrival.
• Utilizes intervention and communication skills with clients and families daily and in crisis.
• Adheres to Joint Commission policies and procedures and infection control.
• Collaborate with nurse and clinical team on medication management and documentation.
