Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare in Waterford, VA is hiring Mental Health Technicians (Community Coordinators) to support adolescents in residential facilities. You will help supervise client services and ensure a safe, caring environment within the program.

You’ll collaborate with clinical staff, document in BestNotes, and assist with daily activities while adhering to policies and mission values. Immediate full-time openings across shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State background checks.
• Valid Driver’s License: Must have license and insurability per policy.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to sit/stand, lift up to 20 lbs, navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients to daily activities, ensuring timely arrival and safety.
• Use intervention and communication skills with clients and families daily and in crises.
• Follow Joint Commission policies on infection control and emergencies.
• Assist with medication management with the program nurse and document in the EHR.
• Maintain residence cleanliness and a safe, supportive environment.
