Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Adobe Sales & Delivery, driving opportunities, shaping client strategies, and overseeing implementations. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, balance timelines, costs, and quality, and travel up to 80% to support engagements and business development.

You will guide enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing, delivering measurable business value while expanding revenue and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); Master’s degree preferred.
• No less than 10-12 years of relevant experience in selling and delivering Adobe cross platform implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least 2-3 Adobe specialties such as AJO, AEM, GenStudio, Workfront, RT CDP.
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Accountable for program/project management with objectives met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements and managing engagement economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue growth by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities; acting as executive lead for key pursuits and client relationships.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing capabilities.
