Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a Platform Architect to lead Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations and ongoing platform support across marketing automation, journey orchestration, CDP, loyalty and offer management. You will interface with a large cross-functional team of developers, solution architects, marketing strategists and digital marketing specialists to turn data into actionable customer journeys.

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer tasks and data ingestion
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and data schemas

Responsibilities

• Lead platform implementation projects and ongoing support
• Advise on architecture, governance, and best practices for AJO
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for platform configuration
• Develop data schemas and integrations for journey activation
• Oversee platform health, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and marketing strategists
