Job summary

Deloitte Advertising, Marketing & Commerce seeks a Senior Consultant to design and implement real-time, omnichannel journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer. You will orchestrate journeys, configure channels, and integrate with AEP and CJA to enable personalized experiences across email, SMS, push, and in-app messages.

You will lead technical design, collaborate with business and technical teams, and guide offshore or nearshore delivery as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on implementation with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) including journey orchestration, triggers, automations, actions, messages and offers
• 2+ years configuring AJO channel surfaces (email, SMS, push, in-app) including email subdomain setup and IP warming
• 2+ years with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RT-CDP, XDM schemas and CJA
• 5+ years in customer data/marketing tech with API-first config, Git, CI/CD, runbooks and production monitoring
• Strong understanding of business domains, data models, and marketing strategy; translate requirements into technical designs
• Ability to travel ~50% depending on client engagements
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer, including triggers, actions, messages and offers
• Build rules and conditional logic for multi-step journeys based on attributes and real-time events
• Configure AJO channel surfaces and email/IP settings; ensure deliverability
• Integrate AJO with AEP (RT-CDP, CJA) for unified profiles and cross-channel measurement
• Implement Journey Optimizer Decisioning and Offer Decisioning rules for real-time personalization
• Lead integration and solution delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud and client teams during implementation and pre-sales
