Job summary

Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team seeks a Senior Consultant to design and implement real-time, omnichannel journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer. You will architect journeys, configure channels, and integrate with AEP, RT-CDP, and CJA to enable personalized engagement across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.

The role requires hands-on AJO experience, journey orchestration, channel configuration, API-first setup, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

3+ years implementing AJO with journey orchestration, triggers, automations, messages, and offers.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end customer journeys in AJO including triggers, actions, messages, offers, and orchestration logic.
Build rules and conditional logic for complex, multi-step journeys based on attributes and real-time events.
Configure AJO channel surfaces (email, SMS, push, in-app) and related settings like email subdomains and IP warming.
Integrate AJO with AEP (RT-CDP, CJA) for unified profiles, audience activation, and cross-channel measurement.
Implement AJO-D and Offer Decisioning including collections, placements, scopes, and eligibility rules for real-time personalization.
Lead integration and solution delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud, third-party systems, and client teams during implementation and pre-sales.
