Job summary

Deloitte France seeks a Senior Consultant to design and implement real-time omnichannel journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer. You will orchestrate journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels, aligning requirements with technical designs and platform integrations to drive customer and business outcomes.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, contribute to pre-sales activities, and lead project workstreams in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) including journey orchestration, triggers, automations, actions, messages, and offers
• 2+ years configuring AJO channel surfaces (email, SMS, push, in-app) including email subdomain setup, IP pool creation, and IP warming/deliverability strategy
• 2+ years working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) including XDM schemas, RT-CDP, and Web/Mobile SDK or Edge Network event forwarding
• 5+ years in customer data, marketing technology, or digital campaign management with API-first configuration, Git, CI/CD, environment promotion, automated validation, production monitoring, and runbooks
• Strong understanding of business domains, data models, and marketing campaign strategy, with the ability to translate requirements into technical journey designs
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on client needs
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Designing and configuring end-to-end customer journeys in AJO, including triggers, actions, messages, offers, and orchestration logic
• Building rules and conditional logic for multi-step journeys based on attributes, behaviors, and real-time events
• Configuring AJO channel surfaces and email/IP configurations, including email subdomains and IP warming strategies
• Integrating AJO with AEP, RT-CDP, and CJA for unified profiles and cross-channel measurement
• Implementing AJO-D and Offer Decisioning capabilities with audiences, placements, and prioritization rules
• Leading integration and solution delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud, third-party systems, and client stakeholders
