Job summary

Deloitte’s Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team seeks a Senior Consultant to design and implement real-time, omnichannel journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer across email, SMS, push, and in‑app channels. You will bridge business and technical teams to translate requirements into practical solutions that drive outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on AJO/AEP integration, decisioning capabilities, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on implementation with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
2+ years configuring AJO channel surfaces (email, SMS, push, in-app).
2+ years with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RT‑CDP and Web/Mobile SDK or Edge Network forwarding.
5+ years in marketing tech or digital campaigns with API-first configuration, Git, CI/CD, and runbooks.
Strong understanding of business domains, data models, and marketing campaign strategy.
Travel up to 50% on average based on client engagement.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

Designing and configuring end-to-end customer journeys in AJO including triggers and messages
Building rules and conditional logic for complex journeys
Configuring AJO channel surfaces and deliverability strategies
Integrating AJO with AEP for unified profiles and cross-channel measurement
Implementing AJO-D and Offer Decisioning capabilities for real-time personalization
Leading integration and solution delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud and client teams
