Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to design and implement real-time, omnichannel journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, integrating AJO with AEP, RT-CDP, and CJA to power personalized, cross-channel experiences for clients.

You will work with business and technical teams across Salesforce, Oracle, and cloud platforms, translating requirements into scalable journey designs while contributing to pre-sales activities and solution delivery across the Adobe Experience Cloud.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with Adobe Journey Optimizer including journey orchestration, triggers, automations, messages, and offers
• 2+ years configuring AJO channel surfaces (email, SMS, push, in-app) including IP warming and deliverability strategies
• 2+ years working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RT-CDP, and Web/Mobile SDK or Edge event forwarding
• 5+ years in customer data, marketing technology, or digital campaign management with API-first configuration, Git, CI/CD, environment promotion, automated validation, production monitoring, and runbooks

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end customer journeys in AJO with triggers, actions, messages, and offers
• Build rules and logic for multi-step journeys based on attributes and real-time events
• Configure AJO channel surfaces and email subdomains, IP pools, IP warming strategies
• Integrate AJO with AEP, RT-CDP, and CJA for unified profiles and cross-channel measurement
• Lead integration and solution delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud and client stakeholders
