Job summary

Accenture seeks a solutions-minded architect to lead enterprise-scale customer engagement initiatives using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform. You will bridge technology and business strategy, guiding delivery teams and stakeholders toward scalable, governance-backed omnichannel solutions.

You will collaborate with CTOs, product owners, and delivery teams to define architecture, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver seamless customer experiences across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, with deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Minimum of 4 years of working with distributed delivery teams and part of large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Adobe certification in AJO and AEP preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Serves as the solution lead across client engagements, driving architecture vision, and solution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.
