Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join the Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion and CJA to deliver client insights and optimize marketing strategies.

You will lead analytics delivery, collaborate with diverse teams, ensure data integrity, and mentor juniors while shaping how clients use data to drive decisions. Hybrid work model and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant data analytics experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar.
• Strong data visualization knowledge and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement analytics solutions using Adobe CJA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in analytics.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
