Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe CJA to drive customer insights and improve marketing performance.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on data analytics experience, familiarity with SQL, Python, and BI tools like Tableau and Power BI, and the ability to lead projects while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Lead project delivery from initiation to completion and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across channels.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices in analytics implementation.
• Provide thought leadership on data analytics and customer journey mapping.
