Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join the Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe CJA to drive customer insights and marketing performance.

The role emphasizes data analytics, data visualization, and client-facing delivery, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, data integrity, dashboards, and leadership of junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities across the sales lifecycle.
• A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across marketing channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative learning environment.
