Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join its Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe CJA to drive customer insights and optimize marketing strategies.

The role emphasizes data analytics, data visualization, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes for clients. A hybrid work model is supported, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel as needed.

• Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide customer insights and improve marketing performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across marketing channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for marketing optimization.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative learning culture.
