Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to design, develop, and implement analytics solutions that drive customer insights. The role centers on Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe CJA, with a strong emphasis on data analytics, data visualization, and client-facing delivery.

You will lead analytics projects, collaborate with marketing and tech teams, and mentor colleagues. A hybrid work model is offered with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across marketing channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for marketing optimization.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
• Mentor junior team members to foster collaboration and learning.
