Job summary

EY is seeking an Experience Senior to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe CJA and Workfront Fusion to deliver actionable customer insights and optimize marketing strategies.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in data analytics, strong visualization skills, and experience with Adobe technologies. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for travel and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant data analytics experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong data visualization skills and experience in marketing analytics.
• Ability to support business development opportunities during sales lifecycle.
• A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and define scope.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities in marketing.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on analytics best practices and mentor juniors.
