Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join our Marketing Transformation team in the United States. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions that drive customer insights and enhance marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate has strong data analytics experience, proficiency with Adobe CJA, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for clients, while collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant data analytics experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong data visualization knowledge.
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience.
• Ability to support business development throughout the sales lifecycle.
• A valid passport and US driver’s license; willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Adobe CJA analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
