EY is seeking a talented Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to drive customer insights and enhance marketing strategies.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, build UI across mobile, web, and tablets, ensure data integrity, and mentor junior team members while delivering high-impact dashboards and reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.

• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are not only functional but also enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
