Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to join the Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to drive customer insights and optimize marketing strategies.

You will lead analytics projects, define requirements across mobile, web, and tablet interfaces, and create dashboards and reports for stakeholders while mentoring teammates and collaborating with clients to ensure delivered solutions meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders.
