Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Digital Analytics Implementation & Migration Lead to design, govern, and scale enterprise analytics solutions. You will drive the transition from Adobe Analytics to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) ensuring unified data collection across web and mobile apps.

Responsibilities include defining tagging frameworks, maintaining data governance, and enabling cross‑channel reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building Adobe Analytics across web and mobile
• Experience migrating to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Experience configuring Apollo for analytics
• Familiarity with data layers, JS, SDKs, APIs, mobile frameworks
• Knowledge of tag management systems (Adobe Launch or similar)
• Experience with QA/validation tools for analytics implementations
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Adobe Analytics across web and mobile
• Define scalable data layer architectures for consistent tracking
• Implement and maintain tagging frameworks using Apollo
• QA and validate tagging implementations for data accuracy
• Establish governance standards, docs, and best practices for data integrity
• Lead migration from AA to CJA across channels
• Partner with data engineering to integrate CRM/CDP/marketing systems into CJA
• Oversee data reconciliation between AA and CJA
• Enable adoption of CJA dashboards and cross‑channel reporting
• Collaborate with analytics, marketing, product to drive insights
