Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Customer Journey Analytics Business Analyst to translate reporting needs into actionable analytics requirements within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. This role supports AA to CJA migration by documenting logic, validating recreation, and ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.

You will collaborate with analytics teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy, usability, and adoption within the CJA

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Analytics Workspace.
• Familiarity with CJA reporting concepts.
• Understanding of segments and calculated metrics.
• Exposure to AA→CJA migration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Capture reporting and measurement requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate questions into analytics use cases and definitions.
• Document project structures, segments and metric definitions.
• Define acceptance criteria for migrated analytics components.
• Validate recreated projects and coordinate with developers.
