Job summary

Campus, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Admissions Team Lead to manage 7-10 Admissions Counselors, drive enrollment goals, and maintain department operations and culture. This role blends coaching with day-to-day oversight to optimize performance and pipelines.

You’ll supervise pipeline reviews, coach counselors, and collaborate with leadership to roll out training and improvements. In-office Tue-Thu, remote Mon-Fri, with a strong focus on results and student engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in admissions recruitment or high-volume student-facing sales environments.
• Prior leadership/management experience with direct-reports.
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams toward performance goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• This role requires in-office attendance three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) as an essential function to support student engagement, coaching, and team collaboration. Remote work is available on Monday and Friday.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of 7-10 Admissions Counselors, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their individual goals.
• Oversee and support the counselors in managing their pipelines and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure that enrollment targets are met.
• Lead by example and delegate responsibilities fairly and with equity.
• Develop methods to motivate the team to meet their goals.
• Report to management on lead quality, volume, and trends affecting the team.
• Collaborate with Director and Trainer to onboard new counselors.
• Recommend strategies for operational improvements to management.
