Job summary

Campus in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Admissions Team Lead to oversee a group of 7-10 Admissions Counselors, drive enrollment goals, and maintain operations and culture within the admissions department.

You will coach, mentor, and manage pipeline reviews, ensure accurate record-keeping, and report lead quality and trends to management. In-office Tue-Thu with remote Mon & Fri; base salary $65,000–$75,000 plus equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in admissions recruitment or high-volume student-facing sales environments.
• Direct leadership/management experience with direct-reports.
• Ability to coach teams toward performance goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• This role requires in-office attendance three days per week (Tue-Thu) with remote Mon & Fri.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of 7-10 Admissions Counselors, providing coaching and support.
• Foster teamwork and maintain a positive culture within the admissions department.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and manage pipelines.
• Oversee counselors' pipelines and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews to monitor progress and enrollment targets.
• Monitor performance and support prospective students effectively.
• Develop strategies for team success and mentor counselors for growth.
