Job summary

GEDU is seeking an Enrollment Operations Team Lead to guide a high-volume admissions contact center in Tampa, focusing on meeting enrollment targets and optimizing CRM and phone systems to drive conversions.

You'll lead a team of 8–10 representatives, coach performance, forecast enrollment, and collaborate with sales leadership to improve processes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the admissions journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in International Education, EdTech, or education industry.
• Background in admissions, enrollment, or contact center operations.
• Proven experience leading teams in target-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 8–10 Admissions or Enrollment Representatives in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Drive enrollment and revenue targets in a competitive international education and EdTech market.
• Oversee day to day admissions operations, including lead management, outbound and inbound phone support, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and improvement plans.
