Job summary

Alpha School seeks an experienced admission professional to own a campus enrollment journey from inquiry to first day. You will manage 20+ active families weekly, lead tours, and guide families through the decision process on-site at the Austin campus.

You will keep HubSpot and SIS up-to-date, leveraging AI tools for prep and summaries, and report pipeline health to leadership weekly. This full-time, on-site role offers a six-figure compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with buyers at $25,000+ per client or $2,000+/mo.
• Owned client/admissions journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships simultaneously in a CRM.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Communicated concisely with executives/high-net-worth clients.
• Led in-person tours/presentations for affluent families.
• Built multi-touch relationships over 30+ days.
• Owned measurable enrollment/revenue targets.
• Lived in or willing to move to a market within 60 days.
• Willing to work on-site daily and authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Owning the enrollment journey from first inquiry through onboarding.
• Carrying 20+ active families at once and reviewing applications daily.
• Leading campus tours, open houses, and shadow days.
• Forming admit/decline recommendations and delivering decisions.
• Maintaining HubSpot and SIS current; using AI for prep and summaries; reporting pipeline health weekly.
