Qualifications

• Ability to manage follow-up and document interactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective students and inbound leads promptly and consistently.
• Serve as primary contact for applicants via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Provide detailed information on programs, admissions requirements, and enrollment steps.
• Schedule and conduct Teams meetings to review program details and answer questions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with applicants throughout the admissions process.
• Document interactions and manage lead activity in internal systems.
• Collaborate with Admissions to support enrollment goals and improve applicant experience.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
