• Proficiency with SIS, CRM systems, and MS Office/Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective families, guiding enrollment requirements, tuition, financial aid, and programs.
• Manage the full admissions process from inquiry to enrollment with a seamless experience.
• Verify enrollment documents and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with Educational Concierge team to support families in selecting academic pathways.
• Maintain accurate admissions records in SIS and CRM and log communications.
