Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and admissions experience preferred.
• Experience in recruitment and admission is required.
• Understanding of financial aid process is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to form effective working relationships and work in a dynamic environment.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Residency in California required for off-campus role.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective freshmen in assigned territory with emphasis on Northern California and Pacific Northwest.
• Extensive travel to high schools, college fairs and recruitment events.
• Represent Loyola at programs and engage with high school counselors and community college counselors.
• Plan and arrange travel; maintain CRM records and reporting.
• Engage in professional organizations to aid recruiting and alumni networking.
• Read application files and make timely admission decisions; participate in yield events.
• Develop and execute programming for targeted groups and manage home/remote office setup.
