University of the Pacific is seeking an Operations Manager for the dental school admissions team in Stockton, CA. You will lead a staff, manage daily admissions operations, oversee data reporting and applicant workflows, and coordinate interviews, orientation, and recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Federal and state regulations regarding university admissions.
• Advanced functions in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
• Admissions / application systems, services and programs, including WebAdMIT, Banner, etc.
• Ability to: Provide effective leadership, training, and supervision.
• Communicate effectively with administration, staff, students and public through oral and written communications.
• Make effective presentations.
• Prepare and present reports concisely and logically.
• Maintain confidentiality of information in compliance with FERPA and other applicable regulations.
• Experience: Minimum of five years in management of graduate program / student services, preferably in a health professions program.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.

• Oversee daily admissions operations, processing, and compliance with policies.
• Manage admissions systems and data reporting for forecasting and decision-making.
• Develop training materials and coordinate outreach for interview days and programs.

• Update admissions policies, procedures, and publications as needed.
• Collaborate on communications and digital materials for admissions.
