Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Experience with Google products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication, especially telephonic, and strong written communication.
• Persistent with a positive attitude and approach to work.
• Mature, collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively use school systems, databases and tools.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective students to support enrollment decisions.
• Communicate program features and school philosophy to prospects.
• Meet quantitative activity standards per policy.
• Develop action plans to meet performance standards.
• Assist applicants through admissions in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Build rapport and maintain contact throughout the enrollment cycle.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure high service levels.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
