Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking an Admissions Representative I to engage prospective students, provide program information, and guide applicants through the enrollment process at our Bakersfield campus. You will conduct interviews, explain program benefits, and ensure compliance with enrollment standards while maintaining a positive, student-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2 years in Admissions/Enrollment Representative or 5 years in a similar role; sales or recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects and students to provide information about programs.
• Schedule and conduct student interviews and explain program benefits.
• Maintain enrollment standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Complete daily activity reports and pre-start paperwork.
• Follow up on inquiries and guide applicants through the admissions process.
